Tough Recruiting Standards.
All KIWI-TEK new hires must:
- Have current certifications from AHIMA or AAPC
- Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience
- Pass a required assessment test
Managers thoroughly train and monitor every newly assigned coder.
- Training is recorded and available for their reference.
- 100% review of each coder’s work prior to being released for production coding.

No 9 to 5 for us! We allow our coders to choose their own work schedules to fit their personal and family obligations. Our team codes 24/7.
Up to date training.
Every update, change and modification in coding guidance is offered to our coding team, recorded, and posted on our training site for future reference.
